Address will be provided to confirmed guests on the morning of the event.
Tonight’s the night to be as mild or as wild as you want. Showcase your kink (pretend or otherwise) whether it be leather and lace, maybe latex or babydolls. This can be make-believe or the real deal – up to you. Fingers crossed that the Playground Dungeon will be complete and ready to try out. If not, there still will be plenty of fun to be had.
There is ample parking and there will be attendants to direct you. Lockers are provided on a first come first served basis. There are playrooms in the main house and the poolhouse. A large gathering area in the outdoor pavilion and inside the house. The play areas open for each event is determined by weather conditions.
All gatherings include light snacks (food donations are always welcome and appreciated but not required),
Mixers available – Coke/diet Coke, Sprite/7-up, Ginger Ale, OJ, cranberry, and of course – ice.
BYOB! We do not provide alcohol to our guests but if you want to bring one for the house to share that is always appreciated. (COOLERS ARE ALLOWED BUT PLEASE NO GLASS!) There will be a designated area for your cooler.
DRESS: Party theme is encouraged but not required.. Most ladies, and some gents, bring a change for dressing up to the theme in the evening or dressing down late night but this is also not required.
EVENING ATTIRE: NO BLUE Jeans (other colors acceptable), NO Sneakers/Tennis Shoes, NO SweatPants/Suits, NO Hoodies, NO Baseball Hats! – We Reserve the Right to NO Entry! Please Dress to impress.
YOU should Bring: Condoms / Lube / Towels / Robe & Lingerie/Mangerie for late night.
There is a designated smoking area and is BYO420 friendly.
