The Playground Guest Agreement
The following rules are the of conduct for The Playground:
1. Respect for Others: I understand that I may be asked to leave if I am deemed disrespectful to others.
2. Guest List Policy: I acknowledge that entry is only permitted to those on the guest list.
3. Consent is Mandatory: I understand that “No” means “No” and that consent is non-negotiable. YES one time does not mean YES every time. ASK EVERY SINGLE TIME
4. No Cameras in Play Areas: I agree that absolutely no cameras are allowed in play areas.
5. Smoking Policy: I will only smoke in designated smoking area. Applies to Cigarettes, Cigars and 420.
6. Obedience to Posted Signs: I agree to obey all posted signs on the property.
7. Personal Responsibility: I understand that I am responsible for my actions toward myself, other guests, and staff.
8. Drug-Free Environment: I acknowledge that no drugs are allowed on the property. There is an exception for 420
9. Glass-Free Common Areas: I agree not to bring any glass into pool and pavilion areas.
10. Playroom Food Policy: I will not bring any food into the playroom areas including the upstairs playrooms and the poolhouse play areas.
11. Upstairs Access: I understand that only couples are allowed upstairs after designated time. Singles may only go upstairs when accompanied by a couple.
12. No sexual activities on the main house couches or smoker’s lounge couches.
13. NO SEX (orgasms) IN THE POOL.
14. Age Verification: By signing this agreement, I affirm that I am at least 21 years of age.
15. No overnight guests unless prior arrangements have been made and paid for. Please party responsibly.
16. Drink and smoke responsibly! Anyone deemed to be impaired will not be allowed to continue to play. Impaired consent is not consent. If necessary, an Uber will be called to take you home at your expense.
17. Liability Release: By signing this agreement, I release The Playground from all liabilities caused by my actions or the actions of others.
18. Parking Disclaimer: I understand that parking is at my own risk. The Playground assumes no liability for damage to vehicles or their contents.
