CAN I RENT THE PLAYGROUND FOR MY OWN EVENT?
The Playground is available to rent for private parties and events such as weddings or family reunions, or to host your own lifestyle party. You can make arrangements to view the property by appointment only by contacting us at ThePlaygroundNewOrleans@gmail.com
FACILITY RENTAL RATES
WINTER – SPRING 2026
(January – May)
For a single-day event, maximum of 8 hours, the rate is $1000 which includes use of the main house, (excluding the master suite), the pool house and the pavilion area. During the winter and spring, the pool is not heated and is not available for use. Hosts are allowed on the property 3 hours before the event for set-up only.
Overnight stays are not permitted, except for the host if the party runs later than 11pm. In that case the party must end by 3AM and must be returned to its original condition by 12pm the following day.
There are 3 bedrooms with 6 beds in the upstairs area and 6 open beds in the poolhouse that can be added into the cost for an additional $500. The rooms must be vacated by 11 am the following day. NO ONE IS ALLOWED TO STAY ON THE COUCHES OR PAVILION BEDS AT ANY TIME.
POOL HOUSE / PAVILION AREA ONLY
You can rent only the pool house and pavilion area for $500 for an 8 hour period. There is a small refrigerator and a freezer in the pavilion for your use but the main house will not be available including the kitchen area.

During the summer months the rate is $2000 which includes use of the main house, (excluding the master suite), the pool house, the swimming pool, cabanas / lounge chairs and the pavilion area. There is no refund or discount if the pool is not available due to weather beyond our control.
Overnight stays are not permitted, except for the host if the party runs later than 11pm. In that case the party must end by 3AM and must be returned to its original condition by 12pm the following day.
