Ring in the New Year with your sexiest friends! We want to celebrate this year that brought us to this magical place, Pups Playground, and introduced us to so many wonderful people!
We will glam the house up and provide the usual New Year’s hats and noisemakers, a champagne toast and an upscale menu. The theme will be black and white and we encourage everyone to dress for this event.
14 beds, five playrooms, multiple showers surrounded by good music and sexy vibes.

BECAUSE THIS IS A PRIVATE EVENT, ABSOLUTELY NO ONE WILL BE ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY UNLESS THEIR NAME IS ON THE GUEST LIST. You will be greeted by parking attendants and security. All first-time attendees are REQUIRED to take an escorted tour.
The event will take place in a luxurious setting, Pup’s Playground. It features a state-of-the-art sound system, elegant mood lighting to set the perfect atmosphere for the evening. Lockers are provided on a first come first served basis.
This gathering will include light snacks (food donations are always welcome and appreciated but not required), Heavier fare will be served late night.
Mixers available – Coke/diet Coke, Sprite/7-up, Ginger Ale, OJ, cranberry, pineapple juice, and of course – Ice.
BYOB! We do not provide alcohol to our guests but if you want to bring one for the house to share that is always appreciated.
(COOLERS ARE ALLOWED BUT PLEASE NO GLASS!) There is a place for coolers in the pavilion. The main house kitchen and downstairs rooms will be closed for this event. Unless unusual weather occurs, we request all food stay in the pool and pavilion area.
The Pool house playrooms will be open during the day. There are 5 beds/2 baths/ outdoor shower. We will offer tours of the main house and will open the upstairs playrooms at 10PM (earlier if warranted). The cabanas will also be open – on a first come basis (ask about cabana rentals for our future events.)
DRESS: Pool attire/neat casual or sexy club wear. Pool area is clothing optional. Most ladies, and some gents, bring a change for dressing up to the theme in the evening or dressing down late night but this is not required.
EVENING ATTIRE: NO BLUE Jeans (other colors acceptable), NO Sneakers/Tennis Shoes, NO Sweatpants’/Suits, NO Hoodies, NO Baseball Hats! – We Reserve the Right to NO Entry!
Please Dress to impress. YOU should Bring: Condoms / Lube / Towels (for pool/shower) also a Toshie towel for seating / Robe & Lingerie/Mangerie for late night.
There is a designated smoking area and is BYO420 friendly. Absolutely no smoking anywhere but in the smokers lounge! This includes no smoking in the pool/pavilion area or front porch of the house.
NO Firearms or drugs allowed on the property (420 exception). Anyone caught violating these rules will be removed from the property, banned from future events and may be subject to legal action.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REMOVE ANY GUEST FROM THE PREMISES FOR ANY REASON.
