This is a theme party – Ladies in white and Gentlemen in Black,
My DTF parties are for singles and couples that just want to get it on and let out their wild side. This is NOT a gangbang party. This party caters to those who enjoy chocolate and is not for gentlemen of vanilla complexion.
Unlike my regular parties, there will be a lot of single men. I try to keep the ratio around 2 – 3 Males – 1Female for these parties.

There will be ONLY snacks and light fare provided. Please eat before you arrive.
Doors open at 9PM, Must arrive no later than 11PM, Party ends at 3AM
There are no overnight accommodations – please partake responsibly!
Please park along the right side of the driveway or in front of the poolhouse as directed by the parking staff
THIS IS A PRIVATE EVENT, ABSOLUTELY NO ONE WILL BE ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY UNLESS THEIR NAME IS ON
THE GUEST LIST. You will be greeted by registration staff. All first-time attendees are REQUIRED to take an escorted tour.
Lockers are provided on a first come, first served basis.
Mixers available – Coke/diet Coke, Sprite/7-up, Ginger Ale, tonic, soda, H2O, OJ, cranberry juice, and of course – Ice.
We do not provide water bottles but have water coolers throughout the house.
BYOB! We do not provide alcohol to our guests but if you want to bring one for the house to share that is always appreciated. (COOLERS ARE ALLOWED BUT PLEASE NO GLASS!) There is a place for coolers in the pavilion.
DRESS: Ladies Sexy attire / Men Dress to impress
YOU should bring your own: Condoms / Lube / Towels (for shower) also a Tushie towel for seating / Robe & Lingerie/Mangerie. Bring your own insulated cup for your drinks or borrow one of ours.
There is a designated smoking area and is BYO420 friendly. Absolutely no smoking anywhere but in the smokers lounge! This
includes no smoking in the pool/pavilion area or front porch of the house.
NO Firearms or drugs allowed on the property (420 exception). Anyone caught violating these rules will be removed from the property, banned from future events and may be subject to legal action.
