Time to clean out those closets and acquire some new attire at this fun clothing exchange. Bring your gently used/clean items (Clubwear/Lingerie/Shoes/ Etc.) to donate and shop from the items others have donated. You will be invited to show off your new items in an optional fashion show where you can show off for the gentlemen.

For a small additional fee, there will be a professional photographer on hand to take sexy shots in front of one of the photo sets that will be set up. (20 minutes for $25) Totally optional but lots of fun. Light hor d’ouerves, mixers and bubbly will be served. Playrooms will be open during the event.

THE GUEST LIST. You will be greeted by parking attendants and registration staff. All first-time attendees are REQUIRED to take an escorted tour.

Lockers are provided on a first come first served basis.

Menu: Light Hor d’oeuvres

Mixers available – Coke/diet Coke, Sprite/7-up, Ginger Ale, tonic, soda H2O, OJ, cranberry juice, and of course – Ice.

BYOB! We do not provide alcohol to our guests but if you want to bring one for the house to share that is always appreciated.

(COOLERS ARE ALLOWED BUT PLEASE NO GLASS!) There is a place for coolers in the pavilion.

DRESS: Casual. But if you are having photos taken make sure you have outfits you would like to be photographed in.

YOU should bring your own: Condoms / Lube / Towels (for pool/shower) if you plan on playing.

There is a designated smoking area and is BYO420 friendly. Absolutely no smoking anywhere but in the smokers lounge! This includes no smoking in the pool/pavilion area or front porch of the house.

NO Firearms or drugs allowed on the property (420 exception). Anyone caught violating these rules will be removed from the property, banned from future events and may be subject to legal action.
