The Playground is a beautiful, private home located on 2.5 secluded acres just off the north shore of Lake Pontchartrain in the village of Lacombe. Just 40 minutes from downtown New Orleans and an easy drive or Uber. The host of the Playground holds twice-monthly lifestyle parties open to swingers, hot wife couples, and select singles. The property is also available to private groups to host their own events, such as weddings or private parties.
The parties begin in one of the big social areas – in warm weather everyone meets in the amazing backyard around the 45′ X 25′ pool. A huge covered pavilion features a bar area and ample seating. Additional chairs and tables surround the pool and three cabanas feature seating and play areas.
In cold or inclement weather, the party moves indoors to the large gathering room on the main floor or to the theater/dance floor upstairs. For our guests that smoke, there is a large covered smoking lounge with comfortable seating outside.
Once the party heats up the play areas get busy! The poolhouse features two private rooms and 4 additional semi-private or open play areas. The main house has an additional play room downstairs and three rooms upstairs dedicated to couples/group play. In total there are 15 beds throughout plus cabana beds.
There are lockers available on a first-come basis and shelving for your coolers out in the pavilion. Ice and mixers are provided as well as snacks. Heavy appetizers and pizza are served later to help refuel for the evening. There is also ample parking with a parking attendant. There is a welcome desk and all first-time visitors are required to tour the property and read/sign a waiver/rules document.
Party donations are minimal and cover the cost of food, decor and supplies and all guests must be pre-registered prior to attending. No donations are accepted on site or on the day of the event.
Rooms are limited but available to rent with the owners approval and based on availability. Room reservations must be made in advance. (NOTE: all rooms are play spaces until the party is over)
