GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT EVENTS

DONATIONS: Every event has a donation amount to cover the cost of food, decor, and general additional overhead, such as electricity and laundry. Payment is required in advance. No payments are accepted on site.

If you register and pay more than 2 days before the event, there is a base cost. Registrations received after that, but not on the day of, will incur a $10 late fee. Registrations received on the day of the event, starting at 12:01 AM, will incur a $25 inconvenience fee.

CANCELLATIONS: If you need to cancel and it is received at least 2 days before the event, you will receive a full refund. After that, and not the day of, will be rolled over to the next event but only for a maximum of three times. Cancellations on the day of the event are non-refundable.
Exceptions will be made on a case-by-case basis.

BECAUSE THESE ARE PRIVATE EVENTS, ABSOLUTELY NO ONE WILL BE ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY UNLESS THEIR NAME IS ON THE GUEST LIST. You will be greeted by parking attendants and security. All first-time attendees to THE PLAYGROUND are REQUIRED to

take an escorted tour.

All gatherings include light snacks such as chips, nachos, veggies (food donations are always welcome and appreciated but not required), Heavier fare may be served late night, depending on the event. We recommend you eat before you arrive.

Mixers provided – Coke/diet Coke, Sprite/7-up, Ginger Ale, tonic, soda water, OJ, cranberry, pineapple juice, and of course – Ice. If you have another preference, please bring your own

BYOB! We do not provide alcohol to our guests, but if you want to bring one for the house to share, that is always appreciated.

(COOLERS ARE ALLOWED BUT PLEASE NO GLASS NEAR THE POOL!) There is a place for coolers in the pavilion. The main house, kitchen, and downstairs rooms are closed for most events. The big outside pavilion is the main gathering place. Unless unusual weather occurs, we request that all food stay in the pool and pavilion area.

The Pool house playrooms will be open throughout the events. There are 6 beds/2 baths and an outdoor shower available. We will open the upstairs playrooms at 10 PM (earlier if warranted). The downstairs playroom is always available. The cabanas will also be open on a first-come basis

DRESS: Theme wear is encouraged but not required. Neat, casual, or sexy club wear is appropriate. The pool area is clothing optional. Most ladies, and some gents, bring a change for dressing up to the theme in the evening or dressing down late at night, but this is also not required. Please dress to impress.

YOU should bring: Condoms / Lube / Towels (for pool/shower), also a tushie towel for seating / Robe & Lingerie/Mangerie for late night

There is a designated smoking area and it is BYO420 friendly. Absolutely no smoking anywhere but in the smokers’ lounge! This includes no smoking in the pool/pavilion area or front porch of the house.

NO Firearms or drugs allowed on the property (420 exception). Anyone caught violating these rules will be removed from the property, banned from future events, and may be subject to legal action.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REMOVE ANY GUEST FROM THE PREMISES FOR ANY REASON
