Winter Blues
Baby it’s cold outside! We all have the winter blues while we patiently wait for the big warm-up. Meanwhile, put on your sexiest blue outfit and bring the heat!
There will be heavy hor d’ouerves served and we bring back the hot cocoa bar and some hot cider to help you stay warm. Playrooms will be open all night.

BECAUSE THIS IS A PRIVATE EVENT, ABSOLUTELY NO ONE WILL BE ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY UNLESS THEIR NAME IS ON THE GUEST LIST. You will be greeted by parking attendants and registration staff. All first-time attendees are REQUIRED to take an escorted tour.
Lockers are provided on a first come first served basis.
Menu: Heavy Hor d’oeuvres or light dinner TBD
Mixers available – Coke/diet Coke, Sprite/7-up, Ginger Ale, tonic, soda H2O, OJ, cranberry juice, and of course – Ice.
BYOB! We do not provide alcohol to our guests but if you want to bring one for the house to share that is always appreciated.
(COOLERS ARE ALLOWED BUT PLEASE NO GLASS!) There is a place for coolers in the pavilion.
DRESS: theme attire/neat casual or sexy club wear. The pool area is clothing optional. Most ladies, and some gents, bring a change for dressing up to the theme in the evening or dressing down late night but this is not required.
EVENING ATTIRE: NO BLUE Jeans (other colors acceptable), NO Sneakers/Tennis Shoes, NO Sweatpants’/Suits, NO Hoodies, NO Baseball Hats! – We Reserve the Right to NO Entry!
Please Dress to impress. YOU should bring your own: Condoms / Lube / Towels (for pool/shower) also a Tushie towel for seating / Robe & Lingerie/Mangerie for late night.
There is a designated smoking area and is BYO420 friendly. Absolutely no smoking anywhere but in the smokers lounge! This includes no smoking in the pool/pavilion area or front porch of the house.
NO Firearms or drugs allowed on the property (420 exception). Anyone caught violating these rules will be removed from the property, banned from future events and may be subject to legal action.
